    2 Ordering
    When you complete your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery addresses.

    3 Delivery
    Our normal delivery time is 3 to 5 days. Note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

    All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
    We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, typographical errors in the price list, or incorrect pricing due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to modify the price.

    5 Right of Withdrawal
    When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date you received the ordered item.

    5.1 To use your right of withdrawal:
    You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The message should be sent to [email protected] Your message should clearly include your name, address, email, order number, and the items you wish to return.
    You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
    You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. The products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
    We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the original product value if the product is used or damaged.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


    • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken.

    • Products that are sealed audio or video recordings, where the seal has been broken.

    • Custom-made products, specially tailored for you or with a clear personal touch based on your request.

    • Services that have been fully performed, where you expressly agreed that the service would begin without a right of withdrawal.

    • Products that deteriorate quickly, such as food.

    • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

    Complaints and Claims
    We inspect all products before shipping. If the product is still damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we commit, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, to fix the issue free of charge.
    You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
    The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

    6.1 How to make a complaint:
    Any errors or defects should always be reported to [email protected], including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
    If we are unable to fix the problem or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.

We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as color differences may occur due to the screen, photo quality, or resolution. We always try to present the products as accurately as possible.
